Hello i play the game Mount & Blade warband and when i loot a village and they drop cattle it does not follow me but go into the opposite direction. I can drive it by chasing it because they run away from me but its really annoying and its easy to go off road or if i get attacked by someone stronger and i run away i lose them but i saw in this video a guy playing and they ware following him. This is the final part of our Mount & Blade: Warband guide. Here we take a look at recruiting lords and granting vassalage to your companions. We also explain marriage in Mount and Blade Warband and show you how to woo and marry a lady.
Mount And Blade Warband Tips
Cattle quest:For cattle quests, you're basically playing the role of a sheep herding dog, in that the cattle will try to run away from you every time you try to approach it. Follow the tips provided by the people above me to get the cattle started and moving in the right direction (i.e., start by going the opposite direction so that they start walking correctly towards the target). And then once they're on the move, you turn around and 'chase' them - but not directly from behind, that'll never work. You have to do the zig-zag thing.
You approach them on their left side, they will go right. So you swerve and swing over to their right, and they will go left. If you keep doing this back-and-forth thing enough times and do it properly and fast enough, both you and the cattle will be heading in the general direction towards your destination. If for some reason the cattle direction goes totally nuts and you find yourself and the cattle turned around and going the wrong way, click on the cattle and tell them to stop moving, and start over again by doing the entire process mentioned above. It takes some practice but eventually after you do it enough times you'll get the hang of it.Caravan quests:After you reach your destination, you need to talk to the caravan again in order to complete the quest.
You talk to them at the beginning of the trip to introduce yourself and let them know they need to follow you, and you talk to them at the end to let them know that your journey is done.
